Write to hello@quipship.net and name the app in the subject line. The more of this you include, the faster we can help:
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Your device and system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 19, or Safari on macOS).
- A screenshot, if the problem is visible.

Subscriptions, purchases and refunds
Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store are managed and refunded by Apple: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Purchases made on an app's own website can be cancelled from that app's account page; for a refund, email us with the receipt and we will sort it out.
Your data
To see, export or delete the data an app holds about you, use the option inside that app where one exists, or email us from the address you registered with and name the app. We confirm deletion in writing. Details on what this website itself stores are in the privacy notice.
Security
If you believe you have found a security problem in one of our applications, please tell us before telling anyone else: hello@quipship.net with "security" in the subject. We take these reports seriously and will get back to you.
