Purpose of the website

Presentation of the software studio QuipShip and the applications it publishes. The site sells nothing itself; each application is offered on its own website or app store listing under that application's own terms.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

Austrian law applies. Consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. QuipShip is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
